pretty unique... :D

i just read your correspondence about the timeline in neanderthal... there is a very nice movie by karel zeman from 1956 (or was it 1958?) about this... it's about three boys who do a little journey in a small boat and they happen to pass a magical cavern, thus coming into such a time scale... by and by they row down the river and actually through all times on earth to meet all those curious creatures on their way until they finally come near the origin of life while reaching the ocean... :D
it's very sweet because of the early and comparatively "primitive" animations of the mammoths, dinos a.s.o. - absolutely revolutionary for that time of course - and the extremely slow tempo of the whole film...
my daughter loves it... :D

so glad you like it, dear. although this is not a true photographic collab. you see, i went to germany for easter, with a friend, and also met ulrich, in person. can you imagine ? :D he took me on a splendid tour with plenty of photo shooting, of course. how lucky i am, indeed :boogie: we plan for some real photo collabs from our tour. just that i'm so slow ...

a timeline :wow: - and we haven't even been to neanderthal ! this piece gives us a great impression about the atmosphere of the place (not neanderthal, of course)

a timeline :) well, not the best title i guess, but it had to be something about time - the past and the present. and the place certainly had a touch of melancholy to it. don't you think? ( no neanderthal, though :))

indeed. well done - and certainly an appropriate conceptual approach (beyond my little thoughts).
and neanderthal would have been a LONG timeline, indeed

funny thing is, that in the Neanderthal they HAVE a timeline to scale that you can walk along ...
